Joannie Rochette
Joannie Rochette is one of Canada's finest figure skaters. Her determination and discipline from a young age have proven that this rising star is ready for any challenge in the Figure Skating world, both national and international. Joannie placed a close 5th at the Torino 2006 Olympic Winter Games, after winning silver at Skate Canada 2006. As a two-time Canadian women’s figure skating champion in 2005 and 2006, Joannie is poised to take on the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games with the energy, youthfulness, and tenure of a repeat champion.
